 SO I've been wanting to do this for AGES!! I did another manicure, but I'll post that another time.

I do my nails every week, but I only do makeup properly when I've got something on, or I've got an hour free. BUT I've got everything due soon, so my free hours are spent looking at my notes and crying, or looking at an assignment and crying, or looking at journal articles and crying. Crying on the inside.

 I'm still getting the hang of doing marbled nails. It looks like it's easy but it's not, really.

What you do is drop different coloured nail polish into a cup filled with water, dropping one drop in the centre of another until the nail polish doesn't really expand anymore, or you have all the layers and intensity of colour you want. Then, using a ( Read more... )

So, this nail look/style/thingy was inspired by a tutorial that Miss Chevious did  on youtube (she does really good makeup tutorials!).

Basically you put the colour you want at the base of the nail on first as a whole nail colour (and I find it works best if you start with the lightest colour then work to the darker colour unless you're using a ( Read more... )

 Okay, first entry! These nails have an orange background and multi-coloured flowers. I was using it as a bit of a test to see how well some of these colours worked as nail art colours.
